Ryanair: возврат денег за регистрацию в аэропорту.

На этой неделе узнал удивительную вещь - Ryanair возвращает деньги за чекин в аэропорту, если единственной причиной для выбора аэропортового чекина стало отсутствие европейского паспорта! Для того чтобы вернуть по 5 евро за сегмент ( сейчас именно такой сбор за чекин, при оплате на сайте) нужно отправить им факс или
письмо с запросом на возврат и приложить ксеры паспортов всех неграждан Европы. Все вышесказанное верно только, если отсутсвие европаспорта - единственная причина. Если вы летели с багажом( пусть даже один багаж в билете на 5 человек) - вернуть деннюжку не выйдет.

Some passengers for the reasons detailed below are required to use airport check-in.

• Passengers travelling with checked baggage
• Children aged between 14-17 years travelling alone
• Passengers travelling with infants(*)
• Passengers travelling with mobility equipment (including children's pushchairs)
• Passengers with reduced mobility, blind/visually impaired passengers including those travelling with a sighted companion or guide dog (*)
• Passengers who require special assistance at the airport (*)
• Online Check-In is not available from Romanian or Moroccan airports.
• Passengers travelling on a passport which is due to expire within 30 days from the date of travel
• When there are more than 9 passengers booked in a reservation
• Passengers travelling on the same reservation with a passenger who is not entitled to Online Check-in.
• Passengers who have booked an extra seat in the cabin.

Where a passenger is unable to avail of online check-in by reason only of a matter marked (*) above, any airport check-in fee paid will be refunded at the time the special services are requested or upon application.

With this application I am requesting to return the airport check-in fee for the flights made within the booking СЮДА ПИШЕМ НОМЕР ВАШЕЙ БРОНИ on ХХ-ХХ-2008 (ПИШЕМ СЮДА ДАТУ, КОГДА ИМЕЛ МЕСТО РЕЙС) from (ГОРОД ОТПРАВЛЕНИЯ) to (ГОРОД НАЗНАЧЕНИЯ), FRхххх (НОМЕР РЕЙСА) and for each passenger within the above mentioned reservation basing on the RyanAir travel regulations which say that “Where a passenger is unable to avail of Online Check-in by reason only of not being the holder of either a valid passport or a National Identity Card, issued by the government of an EU/EEA country, any airport check-in fee paid will be refunded upon application”. All passengers to whom the airport check-in fee had been applied are and had been the holders of non-EU passports. Their names are: (ПЕРЕЧИСЛЯЕМ ИМЕНА, ЗАПИСАННЫЕ ЛАТИНСКИМИ БУКВАМИ, например, VASILY PUPKIN, т.е. в точности как было указано в брони). No other reason took place for choosing the airport check-in
